Der Anspruch auf Entschädigung entsteht, wenn die Annullierung des Fluges weniger als 14 Tage vor dem planmäßigen Abflugdatum von der Fluggesellschaft mitgeteilt wird.
Boarding verweigert
Das Recht auf Entschädigung entsteht, wenn der Kunde aufgrund der Fluggesellschaft keinen Anschlussflug innerhalb seines Endziels antritt und die Verspätung am Endziel mehr als 3 Stunden ab der planmäßigen Ankunftszeit beträgt.
